This page explains how to ask CoreRush LLC to delete data we received through Meta (Facebook, Instagram or Threads) products.
What may be held
Only where Meta provided it to us, this can include your name, email address and profile ID, plus lead form or message data you submitted. If a category was never provided to us, we do not hold it.
How to request deletion
- In Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, find CoreRush and choose Remove. If Facebook offers an option to request deletion of your data, select it. Removing access alone may not send a deletion request; you can also email us below.

What we delete
We delete or anonymize Meta-sourced profile, contact, lead and message information and saved access tokens linked to the verified account. We do not delete another person’s records or unrelated records based only on a matching name. Records we are legally required to retain, such as payment or signed-agreement records, are kept only for the required purpose and period. Tell us which Meta product you used so we can locate the correct account.
Timing and tracking
We complete deletion within 30 days of receiving your request. We may ask for limited information to verify that you own the account; never send passwords or API keys. Meta callback requests receive a confirmation code and status link. For email requests, we will provide the code by email. Check progress on the status page using that code, or email contact@corerush.net with your code. Status pages never display your personal data.
