Customer Terms & Conditions CoreRush LLC | Support: contact@corerush.net | Privacy: thecore@corerush.net Publication effective date: 2026-10-15. 1. Agreement and eligibility. These terms govern use of CoreRush websites and purchases of our website/CRM development services. By explicitly accepting at signup or checkout, you agree to the presented version. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business. A purchase becomes an accepted project when CoreRush confirms the order and written scope. Final-sale status requires both the customer signature on that order and its required payment. Signup or employee signatures do not trigger customer final-sale status. If we decline an order, we refund payments for services we will not provide. 2. Packages and scope. Listed package prices are in U.S. dollars: Package Base price Visual website $379 Full CRM, without payment integration $750 Full CRM, with payment integration $1,000 Your sales link and order summary must describe the exact inclusions, exclusions, selected add-ons, itemized prices, and total before payment. Package names alone do not promise unlimited pages, integrations, users, revisions, or ongoing service. The visual website package excludes CRM and payment integration unless expressly added. The $750 package excludes payment integration. The $1,000 package includes only the payment integration identified in the order; provider approval is not guaranteed. 3. Add-ons and outside costs. Add-ons require a written scope and customer-approved price. Unless expressly included, domain registration, hosting, subscriptions, payment processing, API usage, email/SMS usage, maintenance, native mobile apps, custom integrations, and legal/accessibility audits are excluded. Show any recurring costs, billing frequency, renewal and cancellation rules before consent. No recurring charge is authorized merely by purchasing a base package. 4. Order priority. A signed project agreement may modify these terms only where it explicitly identifies the change. Otherwise these terms and the accepted order work together. The order defines deliverables and schedule; these terms define general rules. Mandatory legal rights control any conflict. Keep the accepted order and policy versions attached to the sale. Unless the order expressly sets milestones, the service price is payable before work begins. Work starts after order confirmation, the customer signature, required payment, and receipt of a complete brief and required assets/access. Separately stated tax and approved outside costs appear in the order. Do not email payment-card details or credentials; use approved secure workflows. 6. Delivery and customer cooperation. Target first preview is 10-15 business days after a complete project start, unless the order states a different estimate. Final delivery depends on approved scope, responses, testing, and third-party setup. Dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. CoreRush will notify you of material delays and an updated schedule. Missing assets or access can pause work; silence does not authorize extra charges. 7. Revisions and acceptance. Two consolidated revision rounds within agreed scope are included unless the order says otherwise. Please submit each round in one written list. New functionality or a new design direction requires an approved change order. Review each submitted milestone within seven business days and identify scope defects or requested revisions. Silence alone is not a waiver of defects or automatic acceptance; we may pause for clarification. 8. Corrections and maintenance. Report reproducible defects against accepted scope within 30 days after final delivery for correction without an additional development fee. This does not limit mandatory rights. New features, customer changes, outside outages, or third-party changes are not included maintenance. Any ongoing maintenance needs a separate accepted plan. 9. All sales final after signature and payment. All sales are final once you sign the applicable order agreement and complete the payment required by that order. After both conditions are met, payments are nonrefundable for change of mind, customer-requested cancellation, failure to supply project materials, or a decision not to use the service, except as required by law or separately agreed in writing by CoreRush. If a payment schedule is approved, the order must expressly identify which payment triggers final-sale status; no hidden acceleration of later installments applies. Separately purchased add-ons require their own signed change order and required payment. Before both conditions are met, you may cancel an unaccepted/unstarted order and receive a refund of amounts paid, less only third-party costs you separately authorized and were told were nonrefundable. CoreRush will not start project work before both conditions unless a separately signed agreement states otherwise. The final-sale rule does not authorize retention for services CoreRush refuses or cannot provide, override nonwaivable cancellation/refund rights, excuse fraud or material nonperformance, or prevent lawful billing disputes. Report issues to contact@corerush.net; corrections under section 8 remain available. Approved or legally required refunds are processed promptly under applicable deadlines. You retain your supplied content and grant CoreRush the rights needed to work on the project. You must have permission to use supplied logos, copy, images, data, and other material. On full payment, CoreRush assigns its transferable rights in custom deliverables created specifically for the paid project, unless the accepted order states otherwise. Preexisting tools, reusable components, open-source software, third-party assets, and nonassignable rights remain with their owners; you receive the applicable license needed to use the deliverable. Source-code handoff and account ownership must be identified in the order. AI output is not promised to be exclusive or copyrightable. 11. Accounts and acceptable use. Keep account details accurate and protect login credentials. Do not use services for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, unauthorized data access, malware, or infringement. CoreRush may restrict unsafe use or suspend access for material breach, with notice and a chance to cure where reasonable; emergency security restrictions may be immediate. Suspension does not erase required refunds, earned employee pay, or lawful record-access rights. 12. Service limits and liability. We do not promise sales, profits, search rankings, legal compliance, uninterrupted third-party services, or payment-provider approval. We will use reasonable care in delivering agreed services. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential business losses arising under the project, and CoreRush's aggregate contractual liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected project. These limits do not exclude fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability and remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, and do not limit refunds expressly owed. 13. Disputes and law. Contact contact@corerush.net with the order ID and issue so we can try to resolve it. This process does not restrict agency complaints, court access, or legal deadlines. Georgia law governs to the extent allowed, excluding conflict-of-law rules, while mandatory protections of your jurisdiction remain available. Disputes may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. There is no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, or automatic dispute fine in these terms. 14. Changes and privacy. Updated terms apply prospectively from their posted effective date. Material changes require renewed acceptance where appropriate and do not rewrite accepted orders, signed agreements, or sale commission snapshots. Personal-information practices appear in the separate Privacy Policy. For general questions contact CoreRush LLC at contact@corerush.net; privacy questions go to thecore@corerush.net.
