CoreRush LLC | Support: contact@corerush.net | Privacy: thecore@corerush.net
Publication effective date: 2026-10-15.
1. Scope and contact. CoreRush LLC is responsible for the personal information it uses to operate corerush.net and
The Core employee portal. This policy covers visitors, prospective customers, customers and workers using these
services. Send privacy requests to thecore@corerush.net and general support requests to contact@corerush.net. This
policy does not replace separate notices required for employment, background checks, regulated client systems or
particular jurisdictions.
2. Information provided directly. Depending on your interaction, we collect names, email addresses, phone
numbers, business details, project briefs/assets, support messages, account information, order selections, and referral
information. Worker records can include role/permission settings, onboarding acknowledgments, signed documents,
commission records and payment status. Provide only information necessary for your request; do not upload sensitive
client data unless an approved project requires it and appropriate safeguards are in place.
3. Payment and verification information. When hosted payment or payout services are enabled, the provider
processes payment and verification details under its own notices. CoreRush receives the limited transaction,
account-reference and status information needed to administer orders and compensation. Do not send full card
numbers, bank credentials or identity documents through ordinary email or tasks. Any HR/tax/identity workflow must
provide appropriate collection notices and restricted handling; it is not covered by a generic sales form.
4. Technical and activity information. Depending on enabled systems, we collect IP address, browser/device
characteristics, timestamps, authentication/security events, pages or actions used, referral identifiers, and logs of
document acceptance and signature activity. The published cookie/vendor disclosure will identify active nonessential
analytics/advertising tools before they are enabled. We do not collect biometric identifiers merely because a person
types or draws an electronic signature.
5. Sources. Information comes from you, your authorized organization or administrator, your interactions with our
systems, and enabled service providers. A customer may identify a referring worker at checkout; admin may correct
attribution based on supporting evidence. We do not ask users to submit passwords for personal third-party accounts
in general contact forms.
Privacy: use, sharing & tracking

Publication effective date: 2026-10-15.
6. Uses. We use information to respond to inquiries, manage accounts, build/deliver agreed projects, communicate
about services, process orders/refunds, attribute referrals, calculate and reconcile compensation, maintain acceptance
records, secure systems, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. Marketing communications use
separate applicable permission/opt-out processes. We do not infer blanket marketing consent from employee or
customer terms acceptance.
7. Access and disclosures. Authorized workers receive only information needed for approved duties; sales workers
should not receive unrelated worker pay records or sensitive payment/tax information. Providers may process
information for hosting, database/storage, authentication, payment/payouts, email delivery, security, signatures and
support. Publish the confirmed provider list and relevant notices before release. Providers must be reviewed for their
permitted uses and safeguards; do not treat every provider as legally equivalent.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary for legal obligations, lawful requests, fraud/security
investigation, protecting rights, or a business transfer, subject to applicable law and safeguards. We may share
information at your direction. We do not publish customer materials as case studies or worker images as marketing
content without separate permission. If an authorized project uses external AI processing, identify that use and
approved data restrictions before sending private information.
8. Cookies and advertising. Essential technologies support login, security, preferences and core operations.
Analytics or advertising technologies, if activated, may transmit identifiers and activity to their providers. Before
activating them, disclose their names, purposes, data and controls, and obtain consent or honor opt-outs where
required. Browser settings can restrict cookies, although essential functions may be affected. A separate
cookie-settings control must reflect the actual enabled tools.
9. Sale, sharing and targeted ads. Advertising disclosure and choice requirements depend on actual tools, uses and
applicable law. We will provide legally required opt-outs and honor recognized preference signals where applicable. Actual advertising practices and choices are disclosed under "Cookies, tracking and choices" below.
10. Outside services. Links and integrations may lead to services governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
CoreRush remains responsible for its own uses and disclosures; linking a provider policy does not replace this notice.
Privacy: retention, rights & security
CoreRush LLC | Support: contact@corerush.net | Privacy: thecore@corerush.net
Publication effective date: 2026-10-15.
11. Retention. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, applicable legal
requirements, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal holds. Retention depends on the record type, relationship, legal
obligations and sensitivity. Closed accounts may retain required tax/payroll, transaction, signature and dispute records.
Backups follow a defined deletion cycle; retained records are access-restricted. Actual retention criteria are disclosed below; deletion is not promised immediately on account closure.
12. Privacy requests. Contact thecore@corerush.net to request access, correction, deletion, a copy, or information
about our practices. Depending on your location and applicable law, additional rights may include portability,
restriction, objection, opting out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising, and appeal of a denied request. We verify identity
proportionately, request only necessary information, and respond within applicable legal deadlines. We may deny or
limit requests where lawful, explaining the reason and appeal route when required. No retaliation or unlawful
discrimination for exercising rights.
An authorized representative may submit a request subject to lawful authority verification. Please do not send
government IDs or passwords in the initial email. To challenge a request decision, reply to thecore@corerush.net with
"Privacy appeal" in the subject. Marketing recipients can use available unsubscribe controls; necessary service/pay
notices may continue. An employee deletion request does not require destruction of records the law requires us to
retain.
13. Security and incidents. We use reasonable organizational and technical measures appropriate to the data, such
as restricted access and secure handling where implemented. No system is completely secure; we do not promise a
certification, encryption method or security feature that has not been verified. We investigate suspected incidents and
provide required notices. Report concerns to thecore@corerush.net without including secrets in your message.
14. Children and international processing. The general CoreRush sales service and employee portal are intended
for adults, not directed to children under 13. Do not knowingly collect children's information through them. A
school/student application requires its own review, notices and contracts before processing student data. Providers
may process data in locations different from your own; confirm locations and legally required transfer safeguards for
applicable jurisdictions.
15. Changes. We post the effective date and version of updated notices and provide additional notice or obtain
permission when legally required. Material changes are not retroactive permission for incompatible data uses. Privacy
questions go to CoreRush LLC at thecore@corerush.net.
