Employee Portal Terms CoreRush LLC | Support: contact@corerush.net | Privacy: thecore@corerush.net Publication effective date: 2026-10-14. 1. Scope. These terms govern authorized use of The Core employee portal. Access is subject to admin approval, assigned permissions, and completion of applicable onboarding. The portal does not independently establish employment status, promise a fixed term, or replace signed employment, confidentiality, IP, or compensation agreements. Mandatory worker rights and signed compensation terms control any conflict. 2. Authorized activities. Use only approved sales links and statements, assigned customer contacts, your own commission/payment records, authorized emails, and internal build-request tools. Admin controls which functions you can use. Do not access another worker's private records, bypass approval, export leads without permission, or share credentials. Company security restrictions are not permission to withhold lawful pay. 3. Sales representations. Explain each package's current inclusions, exclusions, approved add-ons, total, and the final-sale rule triggered by customer signature plus required payment. Do not promise unapproved discounts, features, delivery dates, guaranteed results, refunds, or financial returns. You cannot bind CoreRush or collect customer money into a personal account without specific written authority. Approved prices and commissions are: Package Price Gross commission Visual website $379 $79 Full CRM, no payment integration $750 $250 Full CRM, with payment integration $1,000 $300 4. Add-ons and old sales. Employees earn 10% of each approved add-on under the signed commission plan. The calculation basis is defined in the signed commission plan. Existing sales keep their original commission snapshots. A later package-price/rate change must not recalculate previous sales. No automatic recurring commission applies without a signed rule. 5. Referrals. Use assigned referral IDs and accurate CRM entries. Admin may correct omitted or mistaken attribution with evidence, a recorded reason, and an audit trail. Do not create false referrals or alter another worker's records. Disputes go to contact@corerush.net. The signed commission plan defines eligibility and earning/payment dates; dashboard estimates alone do not override it. Portal terms: pay, security & records CoreRush LLC | Support: contact@corerush.net | Privacy: thecore@corerush.net Publication effective date: 2026-10-14. 6. Pay and employee rights. Commissions are gross amounts before required withholding. Employee compensation is handled through compliant payroll, including applicable minimum wage, overtime and final-pay rules. A connected Stripe account or admin unlock is not a condition for payment of earned wages. Contractors, if properly classified, use their separately signed services/payment terms. Refunds, disputes, or account suspension do not automatically erase earned compensation. 7. Security and confidentiality. Protect accounts, use available multifactor authentication, and report suspected compromise immediately to contact@corerush.net. Do not put bank credentials, full card numbers, taxpayer IDs, identity documents, or API secrets into ordinary emails or tasks. Use approved secure flows. Nonpublic customer/company information may be used only for authorized duties, subject to the separate confidentiality agreement and its protected-rights exceptions. 8. Communications and conduct. Use approved email templates, verified recipients, and applicable suppression lists. Bulk messages, marketing texts, automated calls, or purchased leads require a separate approved process. No fraud, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or unapproved recording. Complaints may go to contact@corerush.net; privacy/access complaints to thecore@corerush.net. Workers may contact regulators without prior permission and may lawfully discuss wages and working conditions. 9. Logging and privacy. The portal may record authorized access, tasks, sales/referral changes, consent/signature events, and payout status for operations, security and compliance, as described in the published Privacy Policy. Monitoring must be lawful, disclosed, and limited to the business system; these terms do not authorize access to private accounts or blanket personal-device monitoring. 10. Suspension and separation. Admin may revoke operational access for separation, security risk or policy violations, with notice where reasonable. Preserve required employment, pay and signature records and provide a secure route for lawful worker access. Complete client handoff and return company property through approved processes. No wage forfeiture, automatic fine, noncompete, release, or deduction authorization is created by accepting these terms. 11. Updates and acceptance. Record acceptance of the exact published version. Material changes require notice and new acceptance as appropriate. Compensation changes require a prospective, separately accepted commission amendment and cannot rewrite old sale snapshots or reduce earned amounts. A privacy-policy acknowledgment is not blanket marketing consent.
